      Blacksburg is nice, facilities are very modern

      Cons

      Culture wasn't great. Only like 10% of the employees actually seemed like they wanted to be there

      Growing Pains...but future gain.

      Pros

      Really dedicated workforce, who all want to do meaningful work. Great pay and benefits, leaders are growing along with the company, and we are getting there.

      Cons

      Rapid growth comes with growing pains. As every new person joins, they want to put their mark on things, and start changing before they know why we are doing what we're doing. Every new leader brings a new "single source of truth", but doesn't bother to look for the previous sources of truth.

      My favorite place to work!

      Pros

      My colleagues are all amazing and incredibly intelligent individuals. I feel secure and happy at this company. There are a ton of ERGs to participate with. We are able to give back to the community. We are working towards an amazing product launch that will change the future of freight!

      Cons

      For my position, I travel a lot. (Standard for events) There will always be some growing pains when transitioning from a research focused company to a full product driven and revenue focused organization.
