      Pros

      Great stamina , and great group of believers makes the culture of the company strive. People know we are all working to discover the unknown territories, but patience to do the right things is always a top priority. Great and cool product for a slow moving industry, great to make impact on using technology to improve our living. Great minds and very very humble and hungry people. And great partnerships with industry best.

      Cons

      Not much, but because of the unkown , whoever joints needs to be very adaptative, we are discovering and make the future, so be ready to manage change.
