Once gem of a company is completely misguided by the ELT members. Lot of ego and employee have now fear from retaliation. Very poor communication and everything is very secretive. Lot of times decisions are made based on “Personal Reasons” than using data and where industry is really headed towards. People are not respective of what it means to be backed up by Daimler especially in this market situation and lot of Autonomous players are out of the “Juice” so enjoy ELT members till it lasts.

Like the title says. Lots of favoritism and nepotism. Easier daily assignments for the favorites. Extremely poor communication between management and the grunts. This resulted in unnecessary amounts of stress projected onto staff while already performing a stressful job. A smooth talker will go a long way with this organization. They will act like your opinions mater but they absolutely do not to them. Even to the point that if they don't like you or your opinions you could be demerited and even skipped on yearly pay increases as I was twice. They completely forgot discussions between lowers and management and even worse will lie to you about what was discussed when prompted again. Anything to make themselves look good. Overall I rate this place a capital F. Do not be fooled by their smoke and mirrors.
