Pros

- Get to work with top thought leaders, smart, collaborative, willing to share ideas - Our clients are top name brands, and we are doing incredible things that the impact the way business is done across. Thats powerful! - Many employees have been here a long time which allow deep integration into the technology and process and the ability to create pathway to success others.

Cons

There are things that are evolving technology updates, formalizing processes and procedures that come along with company growth. It's important to not get hung up on what wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and progress in action that support as an opportunity to define the future and the roll you play in it.

Pros

Leadership and People management what one of the best that i saw. They really knew how to respect their employees. Every last friday of the month they would open a space for local bands to play.

Cons

Life / work balance need to improve.
