Because there is no management, you get to run the show. SOME members are great and tip well.

Cons

Poor/no management and unorganized. Members rarely tip. Extremely high turnover rate for management. Everyone is underpaid

Pros

Great staff to work with and they provided some good benefits and fringe benefits. I worked at their Potomac course at Avenel Farm which was a beautiful course and was open to play and practice in my off-time.

Cons

The money the forecasted in gratuities simply was not there. It was nowhere near as busy as they said it would be and the membership it mostly compiled of corporate members who don't know how to members of a private club. Most aren't even friendly nor do they acknowledge your presence.
