Pros

This is the best company you could ever work for, the way they care for their employees is with genuine empathy. They put both your physical and mental health first by making sure you have a healthy work life balance, encouraging taking time off to see loved ones and giving resources for any help you may need. Tpi will make you feel your worth and do anything possible to help you grow not only as an employee but as a person. It hurts my heart to leave but I know I will always have this company to call home.

Cons

The only possible con is there are only 3 shifts to choose from since you will work alone
