Gosh I love this company, my VPs, and my team. You really eat to learn a lot and your treated so respectfully. People actually care who you are and will want to know you and your family.

Cons

Not one I absolutely was the highlight of my career for sure.

Having been in the industry for 20+ years, I have worked for 7 different management companies and TPI is the best I have ever worked for! TPI promotes from within, offers competitive benefits, and operates by their CORE Values. I have worked for TPI for the last 8 years and plan on staying with TPI for many more years, hopefully until I retire in another 20-25 years.

There are no Cons in my book.
