Pros

Very honest and always do what they say they will do. Never have to wonder what is happening in the company, they will tell you. No information is hidden, the upper level management teaches, listens and is always available to guide you from the COO to the GM's. Great team work. Live's by its Core Values and does not waiver.

Cons

Not really many cons. If you do not succeed, it's not because they didn't try to help you. Which is really not a con.

Pros

They will hire almost anything that breathes.

Cons

Refuses to promote within a property. If you want to advance you have to move. Ignores the ADA accessibility guidelines when informed of violations and says they'll wait until a guest complains. Ignores brand standards when it suits them. Worships the anti-employee "Oz Principle" system.
