Pros

Most execs and management are very nice. The overall management can be very good. Growing company.

Cons

Certain locations do not get the support nor the visibility they should, things get missed, good people get trampled on. Inexperienced managers can't develop or support the talent below them. Outside of the cities there is an obvious lack of female leadership. No development of new leaders, supervisors.

Pros

I have been with TPI for almost five years. TPI is by far the best company that I have ever worked for. You are valued as an employee. The Senior/Corporate staff are hands on to ensure each property has the tools needed to succeed.

Cons

A lot is expected at a non-competitive wage. This goes for all levels of staff.

Sick pay

Pros

An excellent environment to work for and they are very understating about situations at work. Easy to talk to management about anything which is a plus.

Cons

Employees should have sick pay that is not included in PTO. In other words, that should be separated from PTO.

Today’s PTO benefit at TPI is a combination of both vacation pay and sick pay, and exceeds the number of days available before the two benefits were combined. We feel this offers our associates more control over how they choose to utilize their paid time away from work.
