Good and fair compensation. Not so many layers facilitating communication. Focus on factory operations. Opportunity for future growth when short term corporate issues be solved.

Cons

Not really prepared for their new business environment. Too centrallized for CEO. Lack of long term clear strategy. Hard to work due to several meeting with Asia. Need to improve financial management skills.

1.Good culture among the various sites e.g. Taiwan, China. People are generally helpful and polite 2.The various teams (R&D, test, PSP etc) are generally co-operative in working with each other.

Cons

1.Generally people are not very open to changes, especially with way-of-work changes 2.Management are eager to meet the short-term objectives but there is alack of longer-term strategy
