Remote work is a plus, but management is lacking

Pros

Remote position and weekends off.

Cons

Poor management and they are never available when you need them, low pay and poor work life balance. You only get ten minute breaks in between back to back calls which is unreal. Redundant work flow.

Supportive direct staff not management with high turnover and low pay

Pros

Patient were great most of the time Some of the staff were very supportive and friendly Employer provided retirement contribution were great

Cons

Overworked and underpaid No job review for over 2 years Extremely high turn over rate. There was a staff of 12 in my department and in the 2.5 years I worked there 24 people came and went.

Devisive and retaliatory management, especially if you voice your honest opinion. Recent loss of several long-term, veteran staff members.
