I currently work for TZ and now it has been 3 years. You do not kill your auto driving all week long. All leads are paid for by the company. Great support from management, they will listen and act on your behalf. Salary is fair and so are the bonuses.

Cons

Call center jobs are not easy ones and at TZ you have to make sales in order to keep your position. Not for everyone, that's why some of are doctors and others are lawyers. I have a personal friend who could not make the cut at TZ but on the outside he is outstanding in sales.
