Worked at TZ for close to 2 years. You could be a top performer but you’ll soon discover that your treatment is contingently based only on your performance. They do a pretty good job at devaluing you when your not having a spectacular sales day/week. This job is solely numbers based, they don’t care about ethics of morality. They want you to make a sale even if that means putting the customer in a plan that is worst off.

Higher ups, managers, etc. are very stuck in their ways. They lack understanding, patience, and the ability to change. There is no new hire training/orientation in place, they were basically "winging it," which made for a very rocky transition. In performance reviews, my supposed mentor and our senior/team leader criticized the way I look in meetings saying "I look like I don't care." The next time we met, she laughed and said "I don't know, maybe it's just your cadence," criticizing the sound of my voice and the way I speak in meetings. It was a very strange shift in attitude towards me and they made me feel like I couldn't do anything right.
