Pros

Fridays off, decent pay, good benefit package. There really isn't much else going for them.

Cons

Terrible management. They have people working for them that have zero backbone and let employees who "know people" bully them into getting rid of other employees.

Pros

Trax encourages cross training so fewer people get laid off when their section gets slow. They go work in other areas. They use a program called ' leave without pay ' sometimes. This cuts down on everybody's pay a little so no-one loses their job during slow periods. It was steady work for 25 years. Good place to work.

Cons

It is a desert environment in Yuma. It gets hot. Education is a must if you're going to progress. You won't be able to move to another position in the company that requires a degree if you don't have it. Even if you can already do the work. Even for less pay.
