Stable employment and income, interesting and unique test projects, very challenging and creative environment, lots of talented people to work with, provides an important service to soldiers and their families.

Cons

Washington politics can have an adverse impact on testing, pay raises sometimes put on hold for years at a time due to various external and internal factors, contract disputes sometimes create uncertainty for employees.
