Sometimes there is a divide between management and staff, both socially and in work. Its important to unite the company as a whole and not exclude people when they should be involved in major decisions that impact them directly.

This is my first week at TRC and I already feel like it is going to be a great fit. The staff I work under have been very welcoming and have been very flexible with schedule and hours....Will review again in 90 days to see if I feel the same.

Cons

Relatively low starting salary...hopefully it builds over time. Sometimes just getting the exceptional professional experience is worth its weight in gold, we will see.
