      Pros

      Joined TRC in the Lanham office. What a great group of people to work with. I’m impressed with the first day on boarding; they really made it easy to hit the ground running.

      Cons

      This is my first week and I have not encountered any yet. I’ll check back in 30 days with an update.

      Pros

      A stop on your way to somewhere better. Don’t believe there are any beyond this. They offer insurance 401k matches 3%

      Cons

      Political Always in fear of your job lowest pay in the industry no type of job satisfaction prepare to be yelled at and held accountable for others lack of abilities never expect anyone to stand up for you managers are always hiring friends who have been laid off. Bonus is a bucket and is usually given only to a select “few”
