The people cared about your well being and safety was always too priority. Always made a way for you to make good money and have you all the things you needed to be successful

Cons

The traveling is always hard doing environmental work. But it wasn't near as bad as it was at a former company I worked for

Pros

Good benefits and better than most larger consulting firms. There is room for advancement but can plateau. Great opportunity to get involved in a diverse projects if eager and communicate well.

Cons

Disconnect from upper management. Local Management communication lacks in some offices. Same goes for mentoring new staff. These issues are common in the industry though.

Thanks for your feedback. Agree that we have an opportunity to have more mentoring take place. We are conducting a pilot program with one of our New Jersey offices and the feedback has been positive. We are looking at rolling this out to a broader population. More to come!

I've worked for this company and completed a successful assignment I have called in every week for the last 20 weeks and all I got was an interview that I never ever heard anything else about and an offer to make $10 an hour I've been in business professional in the industry for over 25 years I don't know what to say I've never seen anything like this there are other companies out there and think it's time I try something else
