I always felt that we had poor departmental communication

I was always given Diverse projects with minimal supervision , technical resources within TRC were good, was given opportunities for training and development.

Cons

Low compensation, no raises in 10 years, departmental communication was non existent, very little feedback (positive or negative) was given

Pros

Awesome people and they are very helpful to help you get started. I really don't have anything negative to say. insurance is good and the PTO time is better than anywhere else I've been. Also working hours are pretty flexible, no punching a clock. Definitely a place to stay long term, and many people do.

Cons

If you are a field employee, it is hard to get in training that comes up during the year. It's a good idea to let them know. Also you use your own vehicle for field work so that could be a con if you don't upkeep your car. It did not seem to be a problem for anyone I saw.
