      Pros

      Awesome people and they are very helpful to help you get started. I really don't have anything negative to say. insurance is good and the PTO time is better than anywhere else I've been. Also working hours are pretty flexible, no punching a clock. Definitely a place to stay long term, and many people do.

      Cons

      If you are a field employee, it is hard to get in training that comes up during the year. It's a good idea to let them know. Also you use your own vehicle for field work so that could be a con if you don't upkeep your car. It did not seem to be a problem for anyone I saw.

      Pros

      Take your career as far as you can dream.....love this place and the way they make you feel like a partner!

      Cons

      Some travel, but they do care about you and your family...I live in West Hazleton Pa and have to drive to Reading for the project i'm on....the mileage allowance is a bit more than my hourly rate for the ride
