Ridiculous egos in a frat house environment

Pros

Some of my coworkers were awesome and 4 weeks of PTO was nice.

Cons

The owners have massive egos and seem to encourage a very clique-like workplace, which really leads to lower employee morale. Senior management and above treat you as little more than the hired help if you don't have a similar title.

Pros

Younger workforce, good life balance. Casual attire

Cons

High emphasis on "culture", but out of touch on the true definition of it. Ownership believes having a gym, food trucks, beer taps, is "culture". People are not treated very fair, unless you are one of the "boys". President tries to lead with fear and tired tactics. Need to be more modern in terms of understanding motivators of staff. Lack of trust in associates doing their jobs.
