Great pay and proximity to Tesla

Cons

Mandatory 7 day work weeks, very little training, poor communication, leadership doesn’t care about employees whatsoever, rude HR, degrading and demeaning corporate bosses who pass the buck and blame staff for their mistakes, totally disorganized chain of command, bad benefits. No paid holidays, minuscule sick time
