      Pros

      From the front lines to the back office, the people here are great. It's a big company so there is a lot that you can learn, but everybody works as a team and there is a ton of talent here. One think that has impressed me is seeing people develop and advance, including transitioning into different business units or departments.

      Cons

      When the customer calls, we jump, so you need to make sure you have backup if you have time off so no request gets missed.

      SCSI was recently acquired by TRIGO, a much larger company. There is a great culture of family and support. A huge emphasis on integrity and excellence-the best job I’ve ever had.
