      Pay rate is the only Pro

      Cons

      Your manager has control of your career path. The decision is not truly yours. You're expected to meet metrics set by a corporate office that doesn't understand work needed. Sites have no HR representation for technicians and the site manager has priority contact to HR.

      Pros

      good entry level company, plenty of chances to goto schools and broaden horizion in biomed...as long as you sign a contract depending on cost of school=how long you need to stay with company;(

      Cons

      lots of smoke and mirrors to latch on to a hospital. pleanty of micromanagement and little time to work. software to keep up with database is a joke. spend more time patching what the company rolled out before ironing out the bugs!! Thats why the techs need to fix their mistake. MAnagers always have time off while you mop the mess.

      Pros

      When I was at TriMedx, the benefits were very inexpensive due to the Ascension ownership. The company did a good job of keeping the benefits low, and even began expanding voluntary benefits.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership is a revolving door and has been for the past 4 years. Those who remain seem to simply be waiting it out for their golden parachute. Legal is a joke; everything is outsourced. Finance Exec's seem like they may have taken math as a pass/fail option in college, causing billing issues for some of the largest customers, and the unknown about the investment company (Tower Brooks) on whether or not they're going to spin the company off in the near future.
