Company doesn't care about technicians Pay is lackluster No covid benefits, company profits are up but skipped yearly wage adjustment. Unnecessarily stressful due to management Slow rate of moving upwards

Trimedx has a large market share and uses this to provide a vast number of programs and benefits to employees. Work is metric driven and those that can push numbers will excel. Could be a good company if management took to heart all the great things it thinks it is doing for it's customers and employees.

Cons

They driving force is to make the numbers look good. Even if you have to use subterfuge and hide the truth from the customer. All regions may not be managed in this way, but the SSM/OK region is a fiscal shell game. If you enjoy overbearing micromanagement then this environment is for you.
