Pros

On the surface, it is a great company for the customer. Hospitals and clinics get tons of detailed information regarding their medical devices, however they are completely out-of-touch with the technicians and administrative who work to gather and create the data.

Cons

Trimedx is VERY set in their ways! No matter what your talents and skillsets are, unless you fit a very specific description and mold of who they want (education, experience, training, etc) you will not advance or even get hired, no matter how much practical experience you have.

Pros

If you like to smooch butt with the management... you might feel worthy. Benefits and salary are appropriate for the work.

Cons

Not much room to grow. Work consists of changing stickers that headquarters plays around with. They have a data management system RSQ that is too much info for the use of keeping up with equipment. Not user friendly. They spent over 14 mil. for this program and still has no issues than needs to be. Company likes to tell you if you have a idea put it on the TIP board. Too much smoke to just do the job. Management over techs love to micro-pinch you to death. Work load is 12hr work in a 8 hr day.

The last few years has brought tremendous growth and change for us an organization. We are committed to high standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct and strive to project these standards within all facilities. We make every effort to support each of our associates in career growth at TRIMEDX.

Pay is pretty good and there are a ton benefits offered by TRIMEDX

Cons

No work/life balance. Overtime has become the norm. Concerns with staffing, test equipment and work space not taken seriously.
