Fast growing, but terrible management structure

Pros

Lots of vacation, good benefits, good culture of helping those in-need.

Cons

Well below market pay and virtually non-existent bonus for the 60 hr normal weeks. Everyone in the decision making seats are hired from outside of the healthcare industry without any knowledge of how hospitals function (>65%). Little chance of being promoted if you're doing well in your position. Favoritism for corporate employees. Metric based performance evaluation (all about whether you hit the numbers no matter how you get there). Company decides to bring on new accounts without assessing the state of current accounts

Trimedx has changed and not in a good way

Pros

The company contributes to the community and offers opportunities to give back through Charis and the Foundation.

Cons

A lot of the senior leadership has changed and the company isn't what it used to be. It's all about making money and growing the company, less about the people making it happen. They take advantage of hard workers and will keep pushing you to do more with less so they don't have to hire more people to do the roles that are needed to grow the company. No real career growth opportunities.

It’s a great job whereas you could actually move up in the company.

Cons

They only allow their favorites to move up and out. It’s never about your worth ethics or loyalty to your team and job. If you’re not in the clock then you get nothing.
