      No accountability. Leadership is reactive and not proactive. They continually mismanage accounts and technicians. Leadership doesn't listen to anyone about real world issues within their company.

      They will let you put your hotel and rental points under your own name when you travel with them.

      ^You must not bring up patient safety concerns if they are expensive to fix. ^Senior leaders will black-list you from other companies if you leave on your own terms, whilst spinning the narrative in their favor. ^ If you do not bend the knee to the king or queen of your account, you will not be successful in this company. ^ Policy heavy without policy clarity. ^Budget based bonuses in a healthcare field.
