Retirement Plan is lacking for a Billion-dollar company. Too many young managers, lack job knowledge, only know matrixes. Policies and procedures are too broad, do not seem to help or protect anyone but the company. Technical PC equipment is low end. KPIs only benefit managers and their bonuses. Spread thin, no incentives to take on more. Compensation raises are just minimal across the board, no incentive. Once a thriving company, now just another corporate Matrix driven bully.
