The people that you work with on your level are usually the best part of the job. Company has a decent PTO plan and benefits are good.

Cons

Little to no growth opportunities Company boasts that they hire from within when this is proven not to be the case Even when growth is asked for, upper management is slow to act on how to implement that growth within the organization If you want better compensation you're likely better finding a different job with a different company rather than the maybe $2 increase that will come with any promotion. Pay is consistently below national averages.

Paid holidays is done of the only pros. Sorry

Money hungry company, will work their employees to the bone with out any compilation. No work home separation. If you like doing Biomed work this is not the company to work for, you will be bombarded with paperwork and they are always adding more work to you. Also HR doesn't care about the employees, they are for the company and upper management and don't care about the employees they are hire to help. In the time I have been with the company since the take over we have lost over half of your work force and I have talked with them and they all are all happy since they left and said they would never came back. A lot more to say but don't think I will have the space to list all the cons. Appliers beware
