job security, faith-based participation optional, core values are legit. More new faces by the day it seems. I've had two bosses so far and no complaints about either of them.

Cons

more work to be done than time to do it. There are a few too many bean counters as of late. I guess that comes with the growth???

1. Salary is Below Market and No Performance Incentives 2. Recent Banding/Assimilation Process Leaving Many without Meaningful Job Descriptions, Reasons for placement in pay bands, or paths to career advancement. 3. Recruiting and Management do Not Communicate – Recruiting talks about growth and internal promotion, yet most leadership positions filled externally. 4. Small Company – No Policies/Procedures 5. No Culture of Accountability or Continuous Improvement 6. No Management Follow-Through
