Pros
Genuinely disappointed I had to leave Trimedx. Trimedx is a great company. In my opinion one of the best. Their processes and procedures are intuitive and efficient. They have great service software and their imaging tech support team is fantastic. Great group of guys. However, their site manager hires are where they drop the ball… hard.
Cons
Site level management is a crapshoot. It can make or break these accounts. For instance, my site manager was volatile, incompetent, had very bizarre lapses in memory, etc… At times, it was as if I were dealing with someone with some form of dementia. If you have a suspect site level management, listen to your employees and what theyre saying about that manager and then actually DO something about it.
