      Pros

      Despite starting work from home TRIMEDX does an incredible job at making it truly a team environment. The work you do truly matters and recognition comes often working at TriMedX

      Cons

      The work can be very demanding and in times of functioning not a full team it can get overwhelming for what you’re being paid. Because it’s a team environment, I didn’t always feel comfortable leaving my day to day activities to work on projects that would help me or the company in the long term.

      Great corporate team... Zone VP and below differed drastically based on region

      Pros

      My role offered a good work life balance. Benefits were competitive and in some instances generous.

      Cons

      The executive team (from the Zone VP down) made t it difficult by cost cutting measures including hiring freeze to replace employees as well relying too heavily on the local management team by promising undeliverables to the client. The Corporate does provide support but once the client looses confidences due to too many excuses.
