They pay pretty good, plus the benefits are decent for the job. Overtime is always available if you want it. PTO is good as well.

Cons

It's pretty mismanaged. I felt like it was difficult to get a straight answer from management.

It’s a very stable company, have decent benefits, and they have a ton of development classes you can take

Cons

It’s so large that your opinion doesn’t matter, and because of the ISO9000 certification, you have very qualified future-leaders waiting for openings
