Cons

Poor planning, implementation, communication. Culture of distrust, very little teamwork. Many cutbacks, people are over-worked due to obsolete methods & redundancy.

*Full medical benefits has been top notch for the size of the company. *Open during COVID pandemic Company never missed a pay check. *Owners are super nice folks in person.

Cons

*Sudden layoffs have always happened without warning. Leadership has not been effective in communicating what has caused these to occur. *Lack of opportunities to promote within even though it is talked about often. *General direction of company today vs 5 years ago. This company is a manufacturing company at the core and has a special nitche market has struggled to understand the specialized demands of customers today.
