      Pros

      The other associates are a blast to work along side of. I believe the benefits are reasonable as long as you take their health assessments that are required to keep a lower rate.

      Cons

      The upper management staff are stuck up, inconsiderate and treat you like crap unless they have an idea to steal from you and claim it as their own. You can make more money working at Mcdonald's than you can working at Trimold LLC wich is part of the TS tech family. Other TS tech plants look at trimold as the bottom of the barrel. you are treated as such

      Pros

      They have average pay and great benefits. Many managers understand the term "Family Emergency".

      Cons

      Overtime with little to no notice is a given here. There have been instances where I showed up to work to find out that I am going to travel that day and my flight leaves in 6 hours for a 3-5 day trip

      Pros

      The health insurance is very affordable. Not a lot of money out of pocket. Good benefits and lots of options on extras.

      Cons

      Not very good pay. They have improved the pay scale but it needs more work. Doesn't feel like the average person can get very far in the company. Too much mandatory overtime.
