Pros
TS Tech USA provides a good benefit package with medical, dental, and vision coverage in several tiers. The company offers two weeks paid vacation and two weeks paid shutdown. The pay is decent for the area.
Cons
Antiquated management style mixed with an attempt at lean manufacturing. Although it is a non-union company seniority seems to be an inordinately high factor in choosing to promote individuals. There is a culture of ignorance which most likely stems from the fact that the majority of managers were former factory workers with no advanced education other than a sprinkling of training seminars. Many of the "Engineers" are glorified clerks with no other requirement than a high school diploma.
