No work life balance Management is sexist HR looks the other way when a women is sexually harassed At the end of the day they do not care about you, they care about numbers. "1 team, 1 goal" is a phrase used to guilt workers into even more responsibilities and work for not extra pay. Company moto "we make seats not sense" - all workers say this everytime management brings another asinine idea of more work, more hours, to barely make a difference in productivity. If you get promoted, they can and will move you to were ever in the company months later and tell you to be a team player and that it was implied to be a possibility, even if it doesn't work for you or your family, because "they are like family" and that makes them more important.

You get harassed, people talk to you any type of way, people treat you any type of way because they feel like it, they don’t let you speak your side and talk right over you never hearing what you have to say, rude and disrespectful, always in somebody’s business, likes to stirr up drama, likes to try to fire people easily, when you talk to one person another person always jumps in y’all’s conversation stirring up things always being negative, not a good company to work for in general, moneys good but not worth the headache and hassle. There’s a lot of racist people working there, they show favoritism.
