Not firing a personnel who had been power harassing (power harassment stopped but the person was simply moved to a different position), Some politics in top management, Hypocritical statement from the executives (They say "we care about our employees" on one hand, then removed remote work for any circumstance like sickness, family emergency, early morning/late night meeting. Laying off people while they spend company money for entertaining inter-company guests), Spending money illogically, Unclear communication from the executives and HR, Behind on technologies, technically challenged executives
