Pros
The other associates are a blast to work along side of. I believe the benefits are reasonable as long as you take their health assessments that are required to keep a lower rate.
Cons
The upper management staff are stuck up, inconsiderate and treat you like crap unless they have an idea to steal from you and claim it as their own. You can make more money working at Mcdonald's than you can working at Trimold LLC wich is part of the TS tech family. Other TS tech plants look at trimold as the bottom of the barrel. you are treated as such
