Pros
2 weeks of shutdown- 1 week over Christmas and the other over July 4th-paid 1 more vacation day added toinitial 2 weeks every year good health insurance fairly good pay
Cons
Don't make plans for after work- you may have to work over- you don't know until last minute\ They will work you into the ground if they need to- 9 1/2 hrs per day, 6 days per week Every decision they make says " we don't care about our associates" HOT in weld, favoritism, expect more from you if you work hard, less if you complain and slack
