Pros

Work for TSA only if you are presently unemployed. At least it is a job!

Cons

Incompetent management at the local levels. Promotions not based on education or experience. Very cliquish.

Pros

The benefits were excellent The Leads & Supes had the option of working 4-10 hour days, which included 1 weekend day off

Cons

The choice of shifts were at best minimal Management was never open to any suggestions No room for error, but most employees were incompetent
