Great place to work, people are a good team, interacting with others in other areas to attain best results for both customer and company. Very little stress, and good input from supervisors. Good benefits. Worked there for 6 years.

Cons

Way too strict on smoking and break time rules.

What I thought were pros (smaller company, easier to get to know people and be a part of the culture) turned out not to be the reality.

Cons

Quite simply, they are dishonest. I did all I could to make the most of this opportunity, and I did the job well, but was ultimately fired for (I can only guess) a mistake that had been addressed and corrected, and for which I had already been disciplined. When I pressed for a valid reason, they lied, rendering the whole time I was there null and void as far as work experience and my resume go.
