Now the problem is that this is the CEO take on things, and it resonates through the hierarchy of management until it reaches the employees, so imagine how the work culture is like. People get threatened with their bonuses for literally everything, it's their way of retaliation. You do whatever you're told to the way THEY expect you to do it, never object anything or say a word, or you get a huge pay cuts.
