Pros

Pay and benefit might be good

Cons

Working as a Facilities Services Coordinator at TSMC has been a deeply unsatisfying experience. The company's work environment is toxic, filled with constant competition and a lack of collaboration. The pressure to meet unrealistic targets and the absence of work-life balance have taken a toll on my mental well-being. While TSMC is known for its technological advancements, the negative aspects of the work environment overshadow any positives. It is crucial for TSMC to address these issues and create a more positive and supportive atmosphere for its employees.

Pros

Pay is good and life is always busy

Cons

I joined TSMC Phoenix with high hopes, but my experience turned into a nightmare. The management here lacks any sense of organization or professionalism. From day one, I felt like a cog in a broken machine. The workload was unbearable. I was constantly bombarded with unrealistic deadlines and excessive demands. The managers seemed oblivious to the fact that I'm only human and can't magically produce flawless work in record time. They never hesitated to pile on more tasks without considering the consequences. Moreover, the office environment was toxic. The lack of communication and teamwork was appalling. Everyone was focused on protecting their own interests, and there was no sense of collaboration. It felt like a battlefield, where backstabbing and office politics ruled the day. TSMC Phoenix also failed miserably in providing adequate resources. Outdated equipment and software made it nearly impossible to meet the ever-increasing demands. When I raised these concerns, management brushed them off, showing a complete disregard for the employees' needs. In conclusion, my time at TSMC Phoenix was a nightmare. The unmanageable workload, toxic office environment, and lack of resources made it an unbearable experience. I strongly advise anyone considering joining this company to think twice before signing up for this chaotic mess.

Pros

Pay is good. Provide meals.

Cons

Very unfriendly development environment for a software engineer. Excessively stringent firewall design and information security control. I can't even use my company laptop for development because the IT head said that we don't want to code on-premises. But who cares about my shxt code? It's not really highly secure like fab data or other trade secrets.
