The salary is fairly good in Taiwan. This is the only advantage.

Cons

On average, the working hour is around 12-14 hrs per day. Rather than working performance, it took working hrs as KPI. Team members are not very collaborative. My supervisor taught me the first thing here is politics, spent a lot of making ppt slides. The way managers and seniors treat newcomers is not very respectful. Hearing people yelling and blaming in the office is a daily basis.

Compare to the company in Taiwan, salary and benefits are good.

Cons

Really bad company culture-Micromanagement. Not easy to relocate between different position. Lots of meaningless meeting Lots of meaningless KPI, some of them even conflict each other. Relationship with upper manager is more important than your ability-Upper management.
