Pros

The pay is way higher than Taiwanese average salary.

Cons

Working hour is very long and you have to be on call after a work day. Can’t reach your cellphone or any media when in the office, which makes you feel more pressure.

Pros

Never layoff, a heaven for elders waiting for retirement

Cons

for engineer level, salary is low and varies by quarter (because of a big portion in bonus), promotion opportunity is incredibly slim since there is no layoff at all
