Pros

Relative higher salary among Taiwan tech companies.

Cons

Bad living environment in Hsinchu. Extreme care about intellectual property which causes inconvenience for employees. Hard to achieve work-life balance (common situation in Taiwan tech companies though). Less promising business outlook in a long run.
