      Pros

      You get to work with some really smart people, and the atmosphere is competitive but collegial in a sense. All in all, a great experience for someone fresh out of school, and looks good on your resume too.

      Cons

      The hours can be quite long, and there is sometimes the need to liaise with customers from different time zones, thus adding to the hours worked.
