      Challenging jobs in high pressure, which makes you learn in high speed with acceptable package

      Pros

      Nice package: about 2x of similar jobs in other companies Stable career: although competitive to get promotion, but also hard to get fired.

      Cons

      High pressure: lots of issues coming out every day need to be solved, reviewed, reported. Overtime work is common. Less respect: it is basically a manufactory with military management style. No upward KPI review.

      Pros

      Your benefit package for my entire family is great, and your starting pay is good also. It sometimes feels like other employees are dissatisfied with the job there and even some management/leads. But i am very grateful to get this experiance.

      Cons

      some leadership and complaints are not always dealt with.
